Grand River Health: Sport Physicals

School is right around the corner and if your athlete is thinking of playing sports during the school year they will be required to have a Sports Physical Exam.

Grand River Health will be hosting a free sport physical clinics in both Grand River locations. (Rifle and Battlement Mesa) 

Bring your student athlete to receive a sports physical at our Battlement Mesa location on July 19^th from 4:00-6:00pm. This will be for both boys and girls.

In our Rifle location free sport physicals will be available on July 26^th from 4:00-6:00pm for girls and on July 27^th from 4:00-6:00pm for boys.

If you miss these dates, you can still make an appointment for a sport Physical appointment by calling 970.625.1100.
