Are you ready for fall sports?
Beginning July 1 through August 31 Grand River Health will be offering FREE sports readiness exams by appointment only for Garfield Re-2 and District 16 athletes in both our Rifle and Battlement Mesa Clinics. Exams will be offered on a first come first served basis and be available through August 31 only. Students must come dressed in shorts and tennis shoes and arrive with a completed Sports Readiness Form found here.
The Sports Readiness exam is not a substitute for your child’s annual wellness exam. Don’t make two trips, consider booking your wellness exam in conjunction with your sports readiness exam. Wellness exams are generally covered by your insurance.
