Hospital Week is always a good time to celebrate the success we have shared over the last year. 2023 was no different. The theme was “We are Healthcare” and everyday included food, fun and a little competition! Monday started the week off with a Rep your Team (Department) with teams choosing their own themes. We saw every thing from matching tee shirts to the wild, wild west. Tuesday was 80’s day, complete with big hair and a Top Gun homage. Wednesday we showed of our Grand River logo gear, followed by a pep rally and charity basketball game on Thursday. On Friday everyone enjoyed a little puppy therapy when the local animal shelter brought some pups by for us to play with. One even was adopted and now hangs out at our Care Center.
